Checked in a tad later at night than I had intended, get to my room in 320 and the first thing I notice if the bathroom flood is concaved and about to collapse, none of the power outlets are in a safe operable order, the power went out twice l, and the TV brightness was stuck at what id call level 1. Then when I checked out early because im not staying in a run down hotel, they charge an additional early check out fee like its not their fault they have poor quality
Traveling across country with my dog and stopped here our first night. Rooms were very affordable and located right off I80. Having an 80lbs Husky can make finding a room difficult. I was immediately greeted by Jason at the front desk. He was amazing to talk to. 5 star customer service. Once we got into our room we had a slight issue. Jason was very fast to make it right! I really enjoyed talking to him and appreciate his service in the middle of the night! The next morning him and Stephanie were very welcoming and helpful.
Service was great! He gave me a bottom floor when I asked. Other hotels make up excuses why they can’t. I will also give them a plus on having sound proof walls, as my neighbors tv was very loud. And kids were loud as well. 4 kids even. Didn’t hear a word! Lastly but not least the bed was comfortable! Breakfast was good as well.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was extremely dirty from the moment I walked in. There were spider webs hanging from the ceiling, the floors were so filthy that my shoes actually stuck to them, and the bathroom was in such poor condition that I didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower.
