The customer service at this location is top notch!!!
No pool furniture. There was spilled beverage in the elevator for 3 days. House keeping is every 3 days!!!! The rooms are dated. Had to request empty box facial tissues be replaced.
We had worst experience at this hotel … they promised to clean the room while we asked for for it and the room was not cleaned. and washroom was not cleaned .. there is is a stupid front desk assistant who is rude and while asked this in phone he said it’s not feasible and cut the phone … being a front desk person I have never seen this kind of response from any one .. please don’t choose this hotel … no cleanliness and no pole staff and waste of money
