I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk service at this hotel. The staff on both the day and night shifts were unhelpful and came across as rude and dismissive. When I requested assistance with a refund after canceling my reservation, no one was willing to help me communicate with the third-party booking company.They would not answer any emails or phone call request made. I pick this location due to the convenience of the quick exit to the highway, but it’s just my first morning and the staff showed me why I should stay away from here. Very rude, I’m a larger guy I get it and I will move if I’m in the way. But this small lady said “excuse me can you move” like she was disgusted that I prevented her from doing her job. Completely ridiculous and on my way out an older gentleman asked for coffee and she said hold on like he was bothering her. Luckily I’ve only booked the weekend.
