ADA Discrimination/Retaliation — Second Stay Significantly Worse This was my second visit to this property, and the problems escalated significantly. During my first stay, I was moved multiple times because of filthy rooms. I ultimately ended up next to the manager’s room, where I personally experienced strong cigarette and marijuana odors coming from that area and throughout the property. Really like this hotel 🏨 customer service ms Linda was very helpful bring us extra towels and love ❤️ the juzzie tub .Only thing I wish jet tub outside worked pool was nice and no water fall and the pool need update and the bathroom that goes to the pool outside . Have to book this one again it was nice just to get way 😃😁
The internet was unusable. It might as well have been dial up. If you can’t supply your guest with adequate internet in the 21st century you shouldn’t even be in business. You need to upgrade your speed or install some better wireless access points. I’m marking this place off my hotels I’ll stay at again.
