I’ve stayed in many hotels/motels when visiting the Cedar Rapids area. This hotel is yet the best I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel is equipped with a gym, pool, and a fantastic complimentary breakfast. The staff is always very accommodating and helpful. The housekeepers are a 100/10. Very reasonable rates for the area. Clean rooms and a safe feeling inside and out!
The staff was friendly and as helpful as possible. We were here during a snowstorm and the heater blew in cold air off and on. I turned it off but it kept going on. I unplugged it due to the loudness of the fan while we were sleeping and I could see that the outlet was burned. The bathroom made a consistent noise that sounded like gremlins playing with a circular saw. Breakfast was impressive and I was grateful for the exercise equipment.
I like the breakfast the beds were ok the pool was small.
All of the ladies at the front desk are always so nice! My husband and I will always return because of their great customer service!
