Upon arrival, this place is beautiful. We loved the staircase & the apartment style rooms. We loved the window by the door & how well the a/c worked. What we did not like was how the internet wouldn't connect to anyone's tablet & it cut out constantly on our phones. We couldn't even get the tvs to play any channels. Both tvs were useless. The closet door was broken, but that wasn't too much of an issue.
