The hotel itself and the room were great. We specifically wanted a hotel with a pool, so this hotel was a great choice. We were very disappointed to find a “temporarily out of service” sign on the door to the pool when we arrived and the sign stayed the for our entire 4 day stay. Another disappointment was when we went to use the gym, we found several unsupervised children, all under 10, to be playing on the machines and using the exorcise ball as a toy. I was placed in a room where the bright parking lot lights shined in my room, had sheer curtains, I was unable to sleep. Front desk clerk never said where the light blocking curtains where hidden on window when I complained. To the owner, the manager lied and said he would credit my account and as to this day it has never been credited to my account.
