Great location close to the Mall of America! Only downside, if you want to sleep in, the airport is close as well. The planes started nonstop about 6 AM. Amazing continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly. We plan on staying again.
Firstly, on check in the person running the front desk was talking into a loud walkie talkie casually in between talking to me. He also didn't properly activate my room card, and I had to go back down and get a whole new one. Next there was the cleanliness or lack of cleanliness of the room. Aside from the room just being generally run down, there was hair on the toilet seat indicating it was never cleaned. There was also hair on the walls and in the shower.
