Disgraceful business practices – Reservation cancelled for profit I am writing this review to express my absolute disgust with the management of this hotel. I had a confirmed reservation for June 14th, only to have it unceremoniously cancelled by your staff with no valid explanation. It did not take long to figure out the true reason for this cancellation: greed. I came to town for the weekend and booked this hotel. This location was nice. It was not loud breakfast was great. And staff/ management was very polite and welcoming. This is the type of service that all hotels should have.
