I've stayed here several times with no issues. Tonight I had the rudest front desk woman who couldn't find my reservation on the computer (showed her the text and email). She called the manager who said it was an error. What? I made the reservation through their website at 244pm and arrived about 7pm same day. Front desk woman refused to give me a room - even on another credit card. She literally told me to leave the hotel. I soon found out that my reservation number was for the hotel on the other side of the shopping center... read more
The price is right and the location is good, also the front desk is great. My room however smelled like an ashtray in a hot swamp with fresh mint. I smoke cigarettes and this is ridiculous... They shouldnt rent rooms that smell like this. They probably would have given me another room if I asked but I was too tired to mess with it.
Room carpet was dirty and stained. Bed was great. Shower pressure was good. Bathroom was clean and seemed recently renovated. Front desk staff was friendly but unresponsive. Breakfast was terrible. Coffee was undrinkable. The only protein available was a hard-boiled egg. There was no milk for the cereal nor butter for the toast or waffles. Every other option had added sugar. I expect a little more from a suites hotel.
