I dont normally have much to say about Hotels, but this one had to be reviewed. For the rating it has, our room must have been a fluke. On the outside, it is a nice place. The lobby was welcoming. The guest bathroom, atrocious. The room's bathroom, worse. Upon turning on the light 4 dried feces stains were visible behind the toilet, on the wall. We genuinely cannot thank this hotel and their staff more, for their kindness and patience as we navigated a 2 day stay due to a house fire. The staff was attentive, kind and welcoming to us, and our family who was in town visiting at the time of the fire. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Clean rooms and friendly guest service management. Conveniently located in walking distance to some chain restaurants.
