Hotel built in 2008 no matienace since built doors missing off of cabinets dirty carpet dirty appearance. Not as pictured Radisson needs to pull name. Don’t stay

I am extremely disappointed with my stay here, especially after a long road trip that had us arriving after midnight. The hotel appeared to have been recently updated, but unfortunately, the condition and cleanliness did not match the appearance. The first room we were given was hot, humid, and smelled strongly of body odor. Honestly, it smelled like a gym locker. The thermostat was also broken, making the room extremely uncomfortable. BEWARE!!!!!!!!! If you have any allergies or lung issues, this is definitely not the hotel for you. It was apparent from the minute I stepped in the room that there was mold and mildew, due to the smell. As I surveyed the room, the furniture, the walls, and the door, it became evident that there had been a flood of some kind that had damaged the bottom of the furniture, the door facings, and the floor. The independently owned Gokul LLC needs to put some effort into the rooms for their customers. Initial room have bad water damage at window/wall, heavy mildew/mold smell, furniture was in disrepair, bathroom counter/sink was unsafe and not secured to wall. Request different room, staff obliged no problem. Second room furniture was in similar shape and closet doors were falling off ceiling track. ROACHES—DO NOT STAY HERE. When we checked in, the first room had a busted wall ac unit with a thick layer of dirt on it. While the room had a wall unit, it had been off and made the room hot and musty. The smell was terrible. We immediately requested a new room, which was equally as terrible. The carpet was disgusting, the bathroom had mold in the shower and on the ceiling, the bathroom floor was covered in someone’s hair, and in the middle of the night the ROACHES came out.
