Check in was easy. Breakfast is ok if you don't mind american options. Our toilet was not filling the tank and it make a loud noise when I open de water shut-off valve to fill it up. I asked for check out options and the lady was negative about it. Kept repeating check out is at noon which I already knew ... Offer no extra charge option or luggage storage which is the only thing I needed. I could check out of the room but needed to keepy luggage somewhere for 1-2 as I had a job event to attend and ended up not going.
Would pick zero stars if it was an option. Booked a room directly through their site not a 3rd party. Entered the expiration on my card incorrectly as we would come to find out later at the check in desk, however it showed the payment as going through. We got a confirmation as soon as we booked it as well as a confirmation email. According to the front desk attendant they continued to try the card with the incorrect expiration card and when it didn’t go through they booked our room to someone else.
