Unfortunately, my recent stay was far from comfortable. The beds were extremely hard, making it difficult to get any real rest. On top of that, the hot water had a strong, unpleasant odor that made showering feel more like a chore than a refreshment. While I understand that cities face challenges with homelessness, the large number of houseless individuals around the hotel made the area feel unsafe, especially during the evenings. Rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Located close to airport and historic 4th and 6th streets.
