I stayed at the property on Monday night and had a satisfactory experience, which led me to book again for Thursday. Unfortunately, I realized that the Chase card linked to my reservation had expired, necessitating a new payment method. When I spoke with your representative, Crystal, she was unreasonably rude and threatened to cancel my reservation if I wasn't there immediately, despite my being less than an hour away. Nice clean rooms but handicapped room needs to have a walk-in shower instead of a tub
The rooms were good and breakfast was extraordinary 😁
Online reservation through booking was messed up. Desk clerk went out of her way to help me and matched the rate and get us in a room. Late night needed stop with family traveling through.
It was adequate and clean. The bed and linens were comfortable. The shower pressure was good. The breakfast was acceptable. The remote did not work, the door did not unlatch properly making it very difficult to open, the charging tower on the nightstand. A great idea by the way. Did not work. Definitely less than I generally expect from accommodations. Will look elsewhere in the future.
