Staff was very friendly hotel was very clean my grandbabies love the pool the beds are not very comfortable the only place to sit was either a bed or a very uncomfortable desk chair… The only really complaint we had was we found out the next day when we checked out there’s was a baseball team there and they let their kids run up and down the hall, screaming till 2 AM in the morning I did report it at 11:30 pm he said that they did contact the parents. But it didn’t do any good still did it till 2 am.
I am not someone who usually leaves reviews, but I am extremely disappointed with my experience. First, I want to recognize the breakfast staff, who were truly wonderful during my stay. They were timely, generous, and extremely helpful each morning. Their kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and they were easily the highlight of the service I received. Much older hotel that really needs some deep cleaning and carpets removed.
