We have been here a few times. Tonight, despite the app showing multiple rooms available, I am glad I didn’t book with my points before arriving. Through the intercom I was told they do not have any rooms. Maybe it’s true. Bothers me when I can book online but not actually available. Rooms aren’t as up dated as many of our other choice hotel (comfort inn) stays. But the breakfast is usually pretty good which is why we try to book here. Unfortunately, this time left a sour taste with conflicting info online vs in person.

This was a very good Country Inn. The location was excellent - close to the highway but not noisy. The staff was superb - especially Joy, my GSA who checked me in. She was professional, friendly, and very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent - both staff and food. I wish every Country Inn was this good.

Super easy check in, staff was able to accolade adjoining room requests, informed of breakfast hours and if the large groups that would be in during which breakfast hours to help us and our large family avoid the crowd, rooms were clean, biggest problem was room 223 smelled like someone peed all over it. Pool was clean, breakfast was good and kept stocked in a super timely fashion. No signs of pests or mold. Rooms were wheelchair accessible. Elevator was in good condition.
