Okay, the outside is nice. But the inside was horrible my toilet didn't flush and cockroach found in the bedroom... I saw him and then opened the wall to find 8 MORE. I ran out of my room to notify the staff and they said, "oh, that's the room!" In a cheery tone. I replied, "huh?." Then I asked for a no room and for them to give me a discount because of the inconvenience, they said no to the discount and that I could happier in a TENT. THIS MAN WILL BE TERMINATED FOR WHAT HE DID TO ME!!!!!

Horrible service. Hotel keys demagnetized four times a day, all they did was re-magnetized the same one over and over again. I asked for a brand new key twice. It was scoffed and said it’s just “what happens.” I stayed here for six days, room was not tended to once. Waited for towels, more toilet paper, eventually just had to go get it myself. It wouldn’t be a problem if the staff actually tended to the desk and I have to sit down there for 25 minutes. And don’t get me started on the horrible Wi-Fi, terrible cable services, ... read more

Very mediocre. Wayyy over priced for the quality of this place and woman at the counter was rude to say the least. 8/17/25
