This place is an absolute failure of a hotel. Filthy, poorly maintained, and clearly mismanaged. The room felt neglected and unclean, with obvious signs that basic housekeeping and maintenance are not priorities here. Nothing about this stay met even the lowest expectations. Staff were dismissive and uninterested in fixing problems, which says everything about how this hotel is run. Noise, discomfort, and overall dysfunction made it impossible to rest. Way off our beaten path, and room was very very cold when we got in it. But the bed was comfortable.
