Micheal the front desk manager has to be the most difficult hotel employee I have ever encountered. He acted completely inconvenienced when asked for simple Things and kicked kids out of the pool area for having candy, no warning, no please put it away just kicked them out. He was so abrasive to my wife and kids that my two youngest refused to go anywhere near the lobby because the were afraid and creeped out by him. The guy is obviously on a huge power trip. Great place to stay. Just a bit out of town.
The lady working late nights at the front desk is one of the most incompetent, rudest, and least caring people I've experienced in a long time. She said she rarely has to work with customers and thank goodness for that because she is an absolute dud of a person who has lost touch with her humanity and common sense.
Front desk person tried to help me when business center was having trouble.
