I truly do not understand why Americans don’t demand better service. Just like 90% of other hotels ran by you know who, nasty rooms, nasty restrooms. You can’t change yellowed out outlets, clogged sink, nasty shower floor.
My hotel stay go to!!!! I love them!! And they make me and my kids feel welcome every time ❣️❣️❣️❣️
We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Country Inn Springfield!!! The hotel breakfast was wonderful, the chef was so sweet, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, I cannot say enough great things about this place!! Our room was so clean and modern with cute botanical decor. The entire building always smelled great. The small pool was nice and calm, never too busy. I was impressed by the attention and service provided. Check-in was quick and I was able to use the parking lot. The room was perfectly clean, spacious and it had a good view. It was really useful to have a small fridge. It had everything that I needed for staying one night. The environment was quiet and silent. The location was good, it's a little bit far from downtown but there is a Kroger and some restaurants close by.
Rooms were very clean and well-maintained and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We arrived earlier than expected and they were able to get us checked in to our room right away. We were so very appreciative of them for this. The breakfast was wonderful and the coffee in the lobby was terrific. There was way more food available for breakfast than we had anticipated.
