Quiet location. Clean rooms. Plenty of parking. Everything needed for a good night's rest
While the price was good the hotel room wasn’t all that good. The carpet seemed dated and had a few stains. I did not like the overly deep tub/shower. I felt as if I could easily slip. There were no signs to see exactly where the driveway was. The driveway needed some repairs. At breakfast they didn’t have any bacon. The coffee wasn’t all that good. It tasted thin and watered down. My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The bedroom was uncomfortable and did not meet basic expectations. I tried to bring up my concerns with the manager, but she was dismissive and completely unprofessional. She refused to listen to my complaints and made it clear that no refund would be issued. I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. The lack of customer service and accountability was unacceptable.
