April 2025: update. I’m back here again for work. The pool is back up and running. Found out why the side door doesn’t work. Management is working on updating the entire system. My room was in fantastic condition. Stella, the assistant manager is wonderful to work with. I was upgraded to a suite due to the hotel being booked for the week. I was here. This place has really gone down hill since I started staying here a few years ago. I check in and find out the pool is closed. I come back from dinner to find the outside door broke so you have to walk around to the front door. This morning I find no shampoo in the shower, the refillable bottle is empty. Also, looks like mold around the top of the shower stall.
