The room was disgusting. At some point before our stay on 3/14/2026 someone had spilled something down the side of one of the beds/night table and it was left for us to find. We pulled out the nightstand and it was clear that they hardly ever dust of vacuum behind it. There was still the used soap left in the shower from the person before. Only place I like to stay in the Chicago suburbs very clean phenomenal breakfast staff is always on point in a general manager that's been there for years is so friendly and knowledgeable about everything that's going on in her hotel in the area and the night auditor she is so accommodating for anything that you need at night
