We showed up at 1:30am needing a room. The front desk staff lady was so rude!! I went in with my dad to get a room and it wasn’t easy watching someone be so disrespectful to him. She was short, inpatient and just rude! I felt like we interrupted sleep or a movie, not sure. But we definitely disturbed her by being there. I wanted to go to a different hotel, but my mom was in the car and not feeling well so we just got the room. I don’t even know where to begin. From the beginning the service here was extremely awful. The manager on duty Quida was very dismissive and unwilling to help in any way. The first day when we checked in we were told they had to switch our room from a queen to a king this was because they saw that there was only one adult on the booking so they thought it was okay to do so. There were 4 of us and we asked if we could get the original double queen room as we booked instead. They said no and that they were fully booked and ass... read more
