This is a very nice hotel and the price wasn't bad at all. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Everything was fully stocked and I was able to get the things I forgot to bring from the front desk. My family and I enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this hotel.
Generally decent hotel. However, we have 3 people staying in the room for 3 days/2 nights. I asked for 3 shampoo bottles and was told "you use a lot of shampoo" by the overnight desk attendant. Then she kept asking how many bottles I needed, told me they were 2 in 1 shampoo conditioner, and generally sounding irritated over those small shampoo bottles. Countering this was the front desk guy the night we checked in, he was personable.
Anybody, I repeat, ANYBODY who complains about this hotel is not telling the truth. There is one review here which is obviously a scam; either that or she was trying to get a free room for the night. She shows makeup on the pillows and other problems and I can guarantee you that woman was guilty of putting it there, because my linens have never been so crisp and clean especially at my price point.
