Nice hotel an staff
Booker Beware…we booked via their website and apparently they still have smoking rooms and will assign you to whatever is left when you book directly with them! We did not know this until we checked in with our young son and the gal at the front desk told us this is policy. Apparently they were completely booked, so we had to leave and find another hotel because the room was terrible! Very nice staff. They really make you feel welcomed
Came here for a work trip. Customer service is decent. Breakfast is horrible. Powder eggs, cheap-premade waffle batter, greasy and flavorless bacon and everything else you get at a cheap hotel. No big surprise there. My biggest issue is the layout and lack of airflow in the rooms. As seen in the pictures, the rooms are a rectangle split into thirds. Living room/work space, bathroom then bedroom. The noisy and cheap wall mounted AC unit is all the way in the bedroom and unable to send cold air into the living room. So wheneve... read more
