We booked this hotel under a referral from Hanger Clinic. The location is wonderful for our appointment at the Hanger ICC. Unfortunately this hotel does not honor your room booking type. We booked a handicap accessible room and a regular room. We were in the area specifically for an appointment at the Hanger Clinic due to one member of our party being a bilateral above knee amputee. I don’t understand why this place is rated so highly. It’s severely neglected in a few areas I’ll explain below. I’m a titanium member with choice hotels loyalty program and booked a week stay in the “premium” suite using points I had accumulated. First issue. I was given room that had connecting door to next door room and it smelled like a smoking room. Second issue. It’s to noisy I’m on the second floor and all you hear is people stomping all crazy at 11:32pm at night and my son is trying to sleep then the ac is not working right just don’t recommend it .

The breakfast was top notch, the bed was comfortable, the life Proof flooring is exactly the same flooring we have as well so that was great to see. While it may sound like a little thing, what made this a hotel we would not consider again is the way the thermostat is set up. There is no way to just run the vent fan on the mini-split without having the heat or air-conditioning going full blast.
