They canceled my room. Not good.
App booked wrong date and they would not change. Poor business model and poor customer care.
Broken elevator, smelly room, broken toilet seat, old boxsprings (ripped & creaky), rusted door frame in bathroom, dirty carpet (not vacuumed in a while) in stairwell. Empty cheetos bag found under bed. Rude desk clerk told me I should've checked the website when I expressed concern about the broken elevator.
It is a lovely hotel, with carrying staff, a wonderful hot breakfast and many fine amenities, but the elevator has been broken for a long time and there is no mention of it on their website. I can still navigate steps okay but many people can't and they should have a way of letting people know that before they book a room there!! Like I say, overall it has been good service and people, but the elevator situation bring my rating way down because of that!!
