Drove 4 and a half hours to Virginia, and they canceled our hotel without a heads up. We reserved our room weeks ago!!!!! Horrible!

I usually am easy going and do not complain. BUT worst stay in my life. The door was broken had to lift to close then entered the room where the toilet did not flush. Booked the suite for 5 people had 2 towels. The remote did not work. The ac thermostat was full on freezing auto did not work. Found some old food under the bed. Probably more but couldnt remember the rest. If you stay here good luck. Youve been honestly told.

Jerome and Justin were superb as our host. Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. We have returned to the hotel five times because of their excellent service. In addition, the service staff, especially the continental staff and food were on it!

Not much redeemable here. If you need a room and thats it, ok maybe. Havnt seen anyone at the front desk in hours, people trying to check in wondering around to find someone. Ice machine- well I wouldn't bother, but they can get some from the back? Carpets dont appear to be cleaned, like actually cleaned....ever. Lots of chemicals to pick up spills. Dont see this place surviving the resort opening across the street....

Large room but no seating or table to sit at other than the desk chair. There was no ice left in ice machine. An entire party had taken over the cafe so the was no where to eat our food and as I said no place in the room either. I do expect glasses and mugs and not plastic cups….. tacky for a radisson! Never again.
