Service was good everything else was decent. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The Continental breakfast was okay.
My husband and I booked a stay here for the weekend with our children. Upon arriving, the front desk lady was very nice. They charged a $50 refundable deposit. The pool room was nice and clean, but when we got to our room, we immediately noticed the phone did not work, not even to call the front desk. Very horrible experience staying there staff was very hostile the rooms were dirty and hair all over both beds and they charged me 50 per pet charged me 50 3 times for my dogs with a dirty room I could see charging that kind of money if the rooms were at least half way decent.
I really liked this hotel. Checking in and out was smooth didn't even take 5 minutes total. Some places online say they require a $250 cash deposit but that's not true. They hold a $50 security deposit that's it. I'm not sure why they don't correct this on Booking dot com. Our room had 2 queen beds, a pullout sofa and a cot. There is a fridge and microwave.
