Horrible customer service. The lady in the front desk did not have an idea of how to treat a customer- very rude. Wifi could not be connected and she did not do anything to support.

Convenient location for the hotel,right off the main highway. We stayed here 3 weeks go and we were in a big and spacious room and I was really impressed.. tonight we are staying over it is just an average room,nothing special. When you check in you get a text message saying that if you need anything to please reply tothe text. we forgot bottled water so I sent a text message as a reply asking them to bring up some bottled water and no one responded.. so then I called down to the front desk 20 minutes later and told them. The floors creek, you can hear people walking in the hallway and you hear the water in the bathtub showers turn on. Those are construction issues. You can't hear voices thought. TV is dish, so we didn't have TV to watch. Staff were very accommodating and nice . We honestly expected much nicer rooms for the premium cost. The breakfast was probably the best breakfast we had in a hotel. The hair dryer was a high-end hair dryer.
