Radisson has gone downhill stains on the bed, wasps in the bed and on the picture and one flying around when We walked in worn out toilets and low water pressure and stains on the wall and no wash cloths. The front desk said They were out of blankets and pillows and wash cloths and They charged My card a 50 dollar deposit after I left a 50 dollar cash deposit. Curtains falling apart and windows were FILTHY.
If you stay in Oklahoma City, do not go to this hotel because their customer service is very very rude. They don’t like to help you. The rooms are dirty and nasty and half of the rooms don’t work no heat no AC showerheads are broken no clean towels and the lady at the front desk will curse you out and call the police on you at the same time. She would do this to make it seem like you’re the bad person with all you were doing was asking a simple question.
Worst experience, everyone is rude and asked for extra blankets the attendant asked to take a mattress cover to the front for a blanket. Not helpful at all. Customer service is not good here. Cheap price but not worth it.. its cold as hell and the heater dont work.
Will not be staying here again. Room was decent for the price so can’t complain about that. Checking in was a nightmare, guy at the front desk on 11/26/25 at 6:30pm was rude as hell. Next morning called for a hour late check-out, was told they were going to charge me $40. If you want any decorum stay way clear from this place.
We booked a jacuzzi tub suite. There was no jacuzzi tub. Waited ten minutes for anyone to come to front desk and check us in.
