Rimsha was excellent! There was always a friendly smile to welcome back. And great customer service with breakfast, room service, and maintenance of the location. Will definitely be staying again.
I wish I had a better experience here, but unfortunately it wasn’t great. As soon as I got into the room, there was a roach crawling up the wall. That was already a bad start. On top of that, they didn’t have any washcloths available, which is a basic thing most hotels provide. Walking through the hallways, I also noticed borax powder in the corners, which I assume is there to deal with the roach problem — but clearly it isn’t working. The next morning made it even worse. Should be a 1 star. Rooms were old and blah. No wash clothes in the room. Towels were like hand towels. Front desk could learn how to be friendly. She never spoke to say hello welcome nothing. Breakfast was blah. Didn't even have cups to get juice.
