The hotel is advertised with free airport shuttle. we called at 8:02 to get a shuttle to the airport , the lady said the shuttle stops at 8:00 and if we would have called 2 minutes earlier then she would have sent it but now she cannot. GARBAGE , CUSTOMER BEAWARE

Probably the worst shower pressure I have ever experienced at any comfort inn property. Rooms are also on the old and worn side. Front desk folks were kind enough though.

Stayed in room 411 the air felt icky, the beds were sunk in, the bathroom rod was barely hanging on, bathroom curtain very flimsy, thin, couldn’t close and water got everywhere. Furniture was damaged, no attempts to fix it. The curtain had a hole in it for the bedroom room. Had to constantly ask for supplies as room was not efficiently stocked. The a/c unit kept shutting off, won’t go below 65. Never again.

Upon checking in the front desk associate had no personality whatsoever. Was not rude but just blah. Anyway.. after getting our keys we went in our room and instantly killed two roaches and noticed what looked like spilled milk on the sides of the fridge. Room had a smell and was worn down. I'm a platinum member and used my loyalty points for this stay and I'm so upset that I did. This was the worse hotel I ever stayed in.
