Choice Rewards stole 22,000 points from me. when I asked if they would return them they offered to sell them back to me. I've never felt so violated and offended by a company in my entire life.
This was a nice stay! Specifically, I’d like to shout out Briana, who had the best customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel. I was having a very rough travel day and her kindness made things a lot better!
This was probably my worst hotel experience in recent memory. 1. The room is billed as 2 queen beds, but they are 100% double beds, and one of the beds doesn’t have a bedside table! How is that possible?!? 2. There was an ant walking across my pillow 3. Insane noise. There was a party in the meeting space. At 8:45pm I asked the front desk what time the music would stop as I have 3 kids (7,5,18mo) and they were unable to sleep due to the unrelenting pounding base. The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is friendly expect for the breakfast attendant. She will stare at you to move out her way instead of saying excuse me. I was standing in front of the pastry’s about to grab one, and she threw the utensils into the cup they place it in, right in front of my face, it would’ve hit me if she missed. Leaving a review because the young African American girl who worked in housekeeping was so sweet. I stayed here on 2/20 & she cleaned the room really well (I assume before we came) she spoke when she saw us in the hallway. I just appreciate nice people. We had a handicap room which was pretty spacious which I liked. Front desk lady was nice as well. I would stay here again.
