I ended up with no room despite me booking the reservation on March 11th. They canceled my room because we didn't check in at 4pm. Our plane landed at 6:40. I've never seen this before, then talking about they can cancel anyone's room if someone is trying to book before I check in. I literally had my kids and no where to stay when arriving. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.
Thank you, Comfort Inn, for taking care of me and my family!! Brianna took great care of us. And Jasmine catered to our every need. Great staff.
GREAT place to stay.. Will stay there whenever I am near VA Beach.
