Decent room for the night... felt safe and staff was friendly
BED BUGS……. BEWARE!!!! Stayed 8-29- 9-1-25. Woke up covered in bites. Pulled back sheets and there was a bed bug crawling. Took a picture and went to front desk , Marcus did not seem to care. Told us it was an isolated incident and moved us to another room , woke up at 3:30am with more bites. Counted a total of 27 bites on my body. Still suffering with itching and swelling. Stay away, this place is infested.

We arrived to the hotel exhausted and hungry and it was a pleasant surprise when we got there. Marcus was amazing, great customer service and very attentive to our needs. He has a very positive personality that makes him approachable. He was professional but friendly.
