Nice hotel staff
This was the worst experience of my life...I booked the room because it stated that they had a indoor pool and hot tub ..no one told us that everything was out of order and it was so cold in the area so even if it was working would have been too cold to use the pool or hot tub...I complained to the front desk and she brushed me off like what is the big deal...the hotel is out dated...when I took a shower it was cold water... no manager onsite and when you complain no one will assist you...my remote on the tv didnt work...thi... read more
First of all I made reservations 1 month in advance called the front desk and let them know we would not arrive until 1130pm the receptionist said no problem I will leave a note For the night shift at 830pm On the day we are supposed to check in the hotel called and said no one left a note and no one will be there after 11 to check us in leaving us with no hotel. The hotel manager was too busy playing video games to try and help us check in late needless to say we canceled our room and found another hotel. I am really disapp... read more
