This was by far the worst experience. I’ll make it short. I booked a month in advance. I show up at 5 am after a crazy trip exhausted. Just to have the front desk tell me they cancelled this reservation and they are now packe. WITHOUT EVER NOTIFYING ME. WITHOUT EVER SENDING AN EMAIL, A CALL. Excelente, limpio organizado y buenos precios
I was sent here by work and the room was not ready but the manager was super nice. He really tried to help me out and set me up with a way to work around the wait. While I ended up not staying here (my work was an hour away) it seemed like a nice clean place and the manager was nice and understanding. Also the surrounding neighborhood seemed really nice.
I stayed here few weeks, Rooms need some work, stains and smelly carpets, one time got a room with a wet or moldy odor, only one elevator and it was broken for a week, the employees are great, service and free breakfast are really good. I'm a silver member and supposed to get complimentary water but it didn't happen at any of the weeks I stayed.
