Terrible hotel, room was dirty with hairs all over the bathroom. There is no affiliation with Radisson. The guy in the front room came at night to the room, at 10.30pm because he wanted to fix something in a room and mistakenly went to mine.
We recently stayed at Country Inn and Suites (Madison West) in Middleton, WI, from Thursday through Monday (4 nights). The property itself appeared well-kept, with plenty of parking and a quiet atmosphere. Unfortunately, our experience with the staff and basic services will keep us from returning. At check-in, the front desk attendant seemed more annoyed than welcoming. After a curt exchange, we were given keys to a room that turned out to be latched from the inside.
