DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING HERE!!! Absolutely disgusting. We were in there for 5 minutes and had to leave because it was that bad. Lady at the desk said she’s authorize a refund for us and now they’re going back on their word. Do not stay here. You will regret it.
This place continues to decline every year. Last year it was bed bugs, this year it was roaches, stained carpets and dog hair in the tub. One of the staff tried to convince me that the hotel wasn’t a dog friendly establishment, then the next day I saw someone come out of their room with a dog. I knew it was dog friendly but dog hair in the tub is unacceptable. You all shouldn’t wait for someone to request room cleaning, it needs to be fine automatically.
