Found roaches in my room
Service - Arrived at 10pm. No one at the front desk. 15-20 minutes later when they arrived there was a line of at least 3 other families trying to check in. There were 3 towels in our room, 2 queens and a pull out sofa. We are a family of 4. There were 3 towels in our room. When we asked for a 4th we were told we had a bring a dirty one down and exchange it. I repeat, we had 4 people in our room. That is how it was booked. And all 4 were standing in front of her.
