I stayed at this Motel when I came to lubbock.. The Breakfast was so good! Rooms were very well cleaned,, & my kids loved the indoor pool! Can't forget the staff they were so helpful & always made sure we didn't need anything.. when I come back to Lubbock I will definitely stay at this Motel again!
Was a nice hotel. Sandra at front desk was super friendly and check in was fast. room was very clean. Next time we are in Lubbock we will stay at this hotel. Breakfast had lots to choose from and was very good
On checkin Janie and Timothy made us feel welcomed. Grandkids used the whirlpool and pool and had a great time. The night clerk brought a cot and the linens as requested with no problems. We will be back.
The first thing I have to say is that Timothy at the front desk is the absolute best front desk person I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I worked at resorts for 20 years of my life and never had anyone be as good as him! he was kind,considerate, generous and even helped us out tremendously!! Just his kindness was worth what this hotel cost.
This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was the only hotel room available in Lubbock at the time but I was very pleased. The staff was very attentive and easy to talk to. I really liked the books available for checkout and the cookies provided.
I always love staying here.. the rooms are always super clean. You can't beat the breakfast. Hot waffles to eggs bacon and sausage. Even oatmeal and cereal. It's location is easy to get to. Can't say enough about the staff. Mike and Sandra are always great. They will help you out any way they can.
