Air didn't work and kids running in the rooms
A nice clean hotel..The service was excellent
My fiance and I made reservation to get away for the evening.We often do this a lot at this location.Just to enjoy our free time.It was very disappointing when we got to our room to change clothes to get down to the hot tub that it was not operatable.Left me and my fiance very unhappy because 1, there was no sign saying out of order. And we visit this facility a lot. Very unhappy
