So I booked a room here and a family emergency came up. The hotel not only refused to cancel the reservation, but they are extremely rude and blatantly lied on me to the third party. Kayla is a terrible manager and hopefully corporate can rectify.
Bed was broken and sank in the middle, several dirty towels, the shower rod was broken and the curtain just slid to the middle. The worst hotel experience. Told lady at checkout and she said she would pass it on to the manager, still haven't received a call.
Even though i was here for work, this almost felt like a vacation just from the way the staff was so attentive! Especially the front desk clerk Ashley, so friendly and an amazing smile that welcomes you everytime you walk in. It was hard to leave when my job was over, felt like leaving friends and not a hotel ! I had absolutely no problems at all during my 2 week stay.
