We stayed there for the first time ever. Got into the room and then went to the pool. When we got back into our room we found FLEAS everywhere. Black mold every where. Stains on everything and sticky stuff on the floors. WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED AT. We called front desk and they moved us to another room but didn’t help with the bill any. Had my mom paid for two rooms and still had bad time there. Breakfast was aweful. Even my kids said the food and juice was aweful.
All I see on here are people saying how great this hotel is and I don’t understand why no one is being honest! We stayed at this hotel Saturday night and checked out Sunday morning. When we got there the room smelled awful! The floor in the elevator was sticky and there was black gunk all over it. We took the kids to the pool and came back up to our room only to find bugs! Simple , clean place to stay.
I rarely leave reviews, but this was one of the best hotel stays I have had. My husband picked this hotel for our anniversery. The hotel is very well managed, the rooms are very quiet and dark. The beds were comfortable and the pool had generous hours. Breakfast had really great variety, the staff were very dedicated to their work.
