The front desk staff and housekeeping have been very helpful.
Patrons beware, this is a very LOW QUALITY hotel. At least for Room 310, the bathtub did not drain, leaving a pool of dirty water; the room has very poor lighting without sunlight, making it quite depressing; mattresses had thin padding, leaving the springs poking in our backs; internet was very, very slow (we clocked less than 200KB/sec) with no option to purchase higher speed; our door did not shut and latch unless slamming it very hard (security risk); room was quite filthy and dusty with hairballs on the floor and wet ha... read more

Look, you've seen the reviews and you know when you book this place that it's not a luxury hotel. You already knew that even before you read the reviews. But the staff are fast and courteous, the beds are clean and comfortable, and there's free parking and free breakfast. And it's the cheapest hotel in the cluster of hotels nearby.
