Room was modern and clean. It's about 45 minutes from Hershey Park with traffic.
Staying here tonight, room is fine but the elevator does not work and we are on 3rd floor!!! Front desk told us when we got here and gave us option to stay and we are staying. She said it has been out for weeks!! The Hotels/Expedia should have called us in advance and did not. Room is very good and clean. Good location quiet area.
This hotel has been an unmitigated disaster. First off the elevator dosen't work and no first floor rooms were available for this 78 year old with a,heart condition and severly arthritic knees. The key cards have malfunctioned repeatedly the tv remotes don't always function and lastly there is only 1 charging port per bed side and none on the desk with at least 5 devices requiring ports. Find another spot.
We decided to do an impromptu weekend getaway & were so happy & pleased with everything from start to finish! The staff was friendly, pleasant, helpful & professional - Nick & Sarah made everything go so smoothly! The room was clean, well stocked & had everything we needed. The complimentary coffee & cookies were delicious & such a nice addition to an already wonderful stay. The pool was clean & refreshing to relax in. The beds were pretty good, but the ac sounds like a storm. Not to mention, nothing else was cleaned well, then hangers gave a yellow stain on the towels, and the towels had to be returned 4 times to find one without black or orange stains. It was really obvious stains. The people working there are really friendly tho. I think the washing machine needs to be replaced (and use bleach)
