Had to get our room keys reprogrammed almost everyday. Towels were in short supply and low quality. Breakfast was ok.
Power was out at our house for days. Looked for a cool place to stay that was pet friendly. Bad experience. Mildew smell in our room. AC did not cool down the room like it should. I'm told the pool was cloudy and green. We did not stay the second night.
Great room and staff is extremely helpful.
