I usually love these hotels but this one let me down. The bathroom had cracks in the sink and around the door. There was no hand soaps. The air conditioning would not let me regulate a cool temperature and the compressor was loud and annoying. The tv was not tuned to the dish network like it was supposed to be. We called to the desk and were told to unplug it for 10 seconds. That worked but it was annoying to wait until it programmed back up. The remote also needed new batteries. The place was dirty the staff was rude the pool was small
Would not recommend this place at all. The front desk people were all rude and not helpful at all I booked two rooms at the same time and got there to find I was charged more for one room than I was for the other, although both rooms were exactly the same! The TV in our room took 15 minutes to turn on. Complained to front desk and was told maintenance would fix it.. never happened. The room is filthy, there is mold, the pool room smells like dirty gym socks, and there are very loud employees outside of my window smoking At 11:00 at night. Worst club Carlson experience!
