Lovely hotel. The staff were so nice and welcoming, and the location was perfect! A perfect stay for a road trip or anyone stopping near Harrisburg!
Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! My friends and I were on a road trip up to Maine and decided to stop here along the way, and it turned out to be one of the best choices we made. From the moment we checked in, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome—they were not only professional but also genuinely kind and attentive. This rating is solely for the reception staff. I had booked 5 rooms and we checked in around 9 PM. I was surprised to find that my card had been charged before check-in — something I have never experienced at other hotels. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. One of our families was charged for 4 people in a room even though only 3 were staying.
