Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating from the front desk to the breakfast bar . Even the other hotel guests were lovely. The room was spacious , clean , and well appointed . We had a terrible experience at the stadium and after such an inhospitable environment we were happy to come back and relax in our peaceful comfy hotel room.. I would definitely recommend staying here.
We stayed here after a concert at Hershey Arena. The location is excellent—close to plenty of food options, gas stations, and just a short drive to Hershey Park. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we had no issues during our stay. The rooms felt more like a 3.5/5: clean with a comfortable bed, but a bit worn overall. Stayed 5 nights to attend the nearby RV show. The room exceeded my expectations. Clean and well laid out. The bathroom was a little dated but still worked well for us. The staff were great. Needed some room items on our 3rd day and the front desk had everything. Housekeeping is performed after your 3rd night. Signs are posted. One surprise was the number of items offered during the morning breakfast buffet. Had a pleasant stay.
