No soap in bathroom Parking situation is real bad . Parked directly in front of hotel front door . Told the people we were checking in . Left for the day to come back to a boot on the car. The parking lot directly in front of the hotel does not belong to the hotel country Inn. It belongs to the hotel next-door. You think the people behind the counter could’ve told the staff when we checked in. when we question about it they told me that we didn’t ask is why they didn’t tell us Unprofessional as hell.
Body soap nope. Coffee machine in the room nope. But you have k cups. 2 out of 4 lamps working. Same number of working outlets. Cheap fix
My issue is with booking this hotel because of having a pool only to find out pool is under maintenance for the next few months. Very disappointing for the birthday kids. Also the TV was not a smart TV. I woke up to Very profane language and yelling. Woke up my 1 year old. Then Marijuana smells coming into my room. Towels were dirty. The room was decent. My expectations weren't too high, considering the price...but when the accommodations are dated and rooms smalls, the least you can too is be clean. My room was barely clean, busted outlet plates, dirty walls, stepped on a bug etc. Service attendants were nice though. Breakfast very basic, although milk was expired. Disappointing for a choice hotel. Won't return. I should have asked for.discount or refund but too tires to change hotels. Oh, elevator permit expired and floors sticky.
