The most friendly staff ever. When I got in from a long trip and in traffic, Allison was so helpful. She was the front desk lady. Im eating breakfast right now here and the lady that does the breakfast here is out here cleaning up and restocking the entire time. Her name I believe is Ava. I stay in a lot of really nice hotels and I was surprised by this one because of the location. Im here for our cheer team. I would for sure come back. The rooms are very clean too.
No issues with the room or location. However I booked a room for my wife and daughter through choice hotels as I am a diamond member and get discounts. The room that was booked was incorrect. (Not the hotels fault but choice hotels fault). Where things became an issue is that neither this hotel nor Choice were willing to change the reservation or cancel the reservation to allow to book different room. Walking into the establishment everything looked clean smelled good and clean but room smelled kinda ....not really bad but not clean like when you walk into the l building. Sour smell in wash machine.
it was very nice hotel and its room was goodz However, the room that we had did have properly working wifi and shower water pressure was pretty low.
