Called before makimg reservations to confirm if had hot tub. The peraon making reservations confirmed they had one and I co firmed if working. (I've gotten to hotels and hot tub down for maintenance.) She said yes. Made reservation got here and no hot tub. At least there was a pool but I couldn't get in.

It would have been good except when I brought up i had seen cockroaches 🪳 and even had one in my work uniform they tried to say i was smoking in my room which wasn’t true at all if they believed that why didn’t they knock instead of after my comments all of the sudden they tried to charge me for something I didn’t do they are trying to charge $250 for smoking when if they believed that why wouldn’t they knock at the door i had not a thing to hide at all but they should be ashamed i had a roach climb out of my work uniform a... read more
I first would like to call out the amazing staff of the Country Inn and Suites, from the hotel manager (Amber) to the front staff and cleaning staff. I have used this hotel many time over the past few years and they have always provided the best care to me while staying here. The rooms are comfortable and clean which is great especially after a long day of travel and work.
