I had a horrible experience from the time I walked in they were kids running and jumping in the room above us. We notified the front desk and we're told what do you expect it's only 4:00pm. This continued until 9:00 pm. We contacted corporate through text message and nothing changed. At 6:45 in the morning it all started again running and jumping back and forth all morning. We were forced to call the front desk again in the morning and still no solution.
This hotel could use a face-lift, appears a bit dated. We stayed in this hotel for one night to rest. It served our purpose for the night but would not recommend for long stays. The big advantage is the location to the highway. 🛣
Stayed in room 306 and King suite. Shower didn't work properly. They charged me full price. When I complained at the front desk they said nothing they could do. They told me to call Amber the general manager. Finally got ahold of Amber and she gave me 50% off the room and a 15% discount on our next stay.
Great place to stay. Staff easy professional and very helpful.
