I gave it a chance but would not come back. GOOD: SERVICE: Great, the front desk lady was nice and efficient, rest of the staff I saw was also very nice. LOCATION: Very good, across the street from the beach, walking distance to the pier, restaurants and pool bar next door. PARKING: Free parking on site. BAD: ROOM: Great AC, but bathroom door broken, saw a roach in the bathroom. balcony very ditty. I don't think they clean it. POOL: The amount of chlorine in it was unhealthy. I had the most outstanding experience with the front desk person. Angela was extremely busy. Helpful, went the extra mile. I had forgotten to bring my boarding passes and luggage tags. She printed this for me without hesitation. My lack of planning became her emergency. And for this I am extremely greatfull. All while helping check in customers. She was plesent to each customer checking in, Informative about their stay. All while being very positive, smiling.
If i could rate zero I would. The door knob in the restroom was broken, my wife got stuck in the restroom for over 30 minutes before they came to fix it. They were extremely rude and refused to give us back our deposit over THEIR mistake. Never rent a room here.
Great location and clean rooms. Breakfast was kind of lacking. No meat or eggs like the other Comfort Inn Suites.
