The Brookshire Suites-Inner Harbor on The Charm'tastic Mile is a New York style-boutique hotel with very nice rooms and easy access to all the main attractions downtown. The staff is very nice and professional.
Excellent place to stay. It was clean and quiet. Mike, the owner, was always smiling and taking care of things. It isn't what you are looking for if you expect Hilton quality, but it is perfect for the average hotel. Will definitely stay here again.
Loved every moment staying at hotel as all service was excellent, professional and kind. Very accommodation. Clean and spacious. Our request for help in obtaining a shuttle was very efficient. Breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. Surprising quiet being near the airport.
We had a suite while visiting relatives. PROS:Great location - close to downtown, restaurants, etc. Breakfast is very good.The staff is helpful and friendly - especially the man who runs the breakfast area. He has good people skills. The room was comfortable and well taken care of.Covered parking is available.WiFi is fast and easy to get connected.

Very friendly, helpful, and respectful staff. Beautiful rooms and well maintained!!!! My family and I were only going to stay 1 night originally, and then unexpectedly we were there much longer. The staff was very accommodating and understanding. Made us feel right at home!!!
Nice employees. Clean rooms. Hot breakfast. Free access to Brenham Fitness. I'd stay there anytime I'm in Brenham.
We stayed there with an almost broken shower curtain and a driping faucet. The tornado hit Elk City just south of this hotel, so with no power or water we checked out with the promise of a partial refund. Today I contacted them....there will be no partial refund because we were suppose to know there was going to be bad weather and should have checked out before it got there for any refund. Plus the food was un eatable. People working there both the night we checked in and out were very pleasant. My suggestion do not stay her... read more
