I recently stayed at Country Inn & Suites and although it was undergoing heavy renovations during my stay, I still had a comfortable stay. The shuttle service for the hotel picked me up from the airport when I arrived in town. The driver was friendly during the ride and offered to help with luggage. The hotel's front entrance was undergoing a face lift and the entrance was temporarily moved to the side door to avoid all the machinery and construction workers at the main entrance. Bed and pillows were so comfy
Breakfast worker was extremely friendly and kind. He was courteous and on hand if we needed anything.
Continental breakfast was good.
The person at the reception desk was friendly & helpful.
This place is nasty! Room is dirty, bathroom smells like urine. Completely unacceptable!
