I had 2 king suits, My app messed up when I rented them so I called ahead and asked if she could fix the extra day charge or did i need to reach out to the app. She stated yes she could and when sh did it was almost $200 more than my room with the jacuzzie tub. I didnt get my 150 deposit back either. I just love when a business takes my money. Horrible rooms. Horrible beds. Needs serious work. Not worth the cost at all. Random people in parking lot drinking.
I booked through their website and my reservation was handled smoothly. The front desk check in staff, Kinsey? was super nice and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was very good and hot and ready when they opened.
When I arrived at approximately 9:30–10:00 p.m., there was no representative available at the front desk to check me in. I waited approximately 5–10 minutes before anyone finally appeared. Once in the room, I discovered that the curtains were off their track and could not be properly closed. As a result, bright parking lot lights shone directly into the room throughout the night.
