I just wanted to get on here and give Shashona my praise and appreciation. We had to get a hotel room in the middle of the night due to an emergency, which was highly stressful honestly. She was so kind and helpful and honestly helped find a peace of mind when I was exhausted and just needed to make sure my son was able to have a place to lay his head. Thank you, so much, Shashona!
All was ok , clean room and hotel , But had to ask to get room cleaned.
It’s pretty nice
This hotel is advertised as a 3-star but everything looks and feels much more like a 2-star level experience. The room had a very old, dated and tired look with fading paint, dirty carpet, a bathroom from the 90s very thin bed sheets and an extremely dusty AC unit which thankfully wasn't needed even though the stay was in summer. Breakfast was included but the food options weren't good so we skipped it. Front desk staff were friendly, check-in and check-out were straightforward parking is free.
