Picked this hotel due to it being close to hospital as I was having surgery in flagstaff. Unfortunately we did not have any hot/warm water to take showers, the towels all had long black hair on them. Black hair on toilet and floor in bathroom also in bathtub. The room said non smoking but it smelled very strong of cigarette smoke. We ended up not even going back to hotel due to these conditions. Ens van donar una habitació amb la pica embussada i l’aire acondicionat que no funcionava bé. A la tarda no vam poder ni estar tranquils a l’habitació perquè ho havien d’arreglar tot i tenir tot el dia per fer-ho. A la nit no podíem ni dormir de la calor i el soroll que feia el compressor de l’aire. Finalment a les 11pm vaig haver d’insistir en demanar canvi d’habitació.
