Excelente hotel
This place is beautiful inside and very well kept and efficiently ran. Housekeepers.. always busy, housekeeping manager.. always making sure everything is ready and perfect. Breakfast has great options and the market as well with decent prices. The buildings head manager and manager are always in great communication with the owners and the staff. Bathroom had some issues I told the front desk when I checked out. A grab bar would be nice to steady yourself getting in and out of tub.
I have been staying here off and on for app 2months. I arrived for this stay and they could not find my reservation that had been booked for several weeks. It then took two of them to assign me a room and they assigned me to a room that someone was already in, very embarrassing. I then went back downstairs and it took them prob 15 more.minutes to find me a room. I then had issues the night before I left.
