This place has been so nice to park, sleep & fly! We like to visit before and after our overseas vacations before heading home. The beds, the pillows are so comfortable. The place is modern and clean! We always get excellent service here from Louis, Barbara and Tammy. This trip we had problems with our cars battery (hybrid not driven for two weeks) being we were away so long. Lewis volunteered to jump our car. Amazing service! front desk staff and all of them are awesome! We really love the breakfast! they have steamed white rice and my kids really love it! This place is a perfect fit for family trip during stay in Chicago, Thank you so much for everything that you do!
