My luggage was rifled through by cleaning staff while I was at a Badger game. Fortunately, there was nothing missing, but some nerve to violate my privacy! The individual even searched my knitting bag and unraveled a ball of yarn in the process, pulling the ball band out of the center of the yarn ball, I presume, searching for money! RecommendedThe bathroom on the second floor feels like home
Way overpriced!! No information about amenities in room or online! Power did not work in half of the room-no coffee, television, refrigerator. No coffee in the lobby either-decanters were empty-staff said “the restaurant is too busy”. Double priced with less than half the service!!

RecommendedVery friendly, efficient staff. No extra charges. Spacious room. Extra amenities such as a book library in lobby and fresh cookies at the desk. Beautifully decorated. Free continental breakfast offered more than any other place I’ve stayed. Would definitely stay there again.
