Great place to stay, definitely recommend staying if your in the Columbus area
Upon our arrival the front desk girl last night was magnificent, lobby looks very cozy and clean. The front desk told us that the room we were originally booked in wasn’t cleaned so we were moved to a different room. Little did we know that once we got to our room we would find sheets that were already used still on the bed and just remade. When going to ask for new sheets, we heard of other people’s rooms being dirty upon arrival and being moved to other rooms as well. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s a fantastic value, and I absolutely loved the fitness room. I’m already looking forward to staying here again the next time I’m in Charleston for business! 😊👍🏻
Management is completely horrible and quite ridiculous overheard her talking crap about her own employee as well as guests that are staying there. Another thing my room was filthy the bathtub had scum all over it , no tv. You can tell they reuse the breakfast food which is a major heath code violation. Will definitely be contacting the heath department after staying here . I wouldn’t even waste your time on this nasty place 0/10
