The hotel is in generally good shape and clean. For the price it was overall worth it. But we had a few different issues that were rather annoying. The gentleman that checked us in had zero customer service skills. He barely spoke two words to us while checking us in. The bathroom sink was clogged. My wife called down to the front desk (most likely same guy) to report it and he just hung up on her and no one came to take care of it. The toilet seat was broken. The beds were clean.. we stayed for 2 nights my kids play sports so we travel alot, there was black mold in the showers on the ceiling and our TV just quit working.. the smell of weed was a nice touch every time we opened the door my kids thought it was a skunk in the building 🤣 the front desk people were definitely the best part of the hotel they tried hard to make the stay the best they could but lord it was a mess
No one must have informed the hotel staff that the hotel was fully booked for a local soccer tournament because they were not the least bit ready for it. Our room for 4 people had 3 bath towels, and we were the lucky group of our party. Another family traveling with us had zero bath towels and another family’s room had not been serviced when provided their room number to check in. Our room had house ants and the hair dryer pulled out of the wall when attempting to use it.
It's very okay.
