My stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Cedar Falls near University was average. The location is convenient, especially for visiting the university area, and the check-in process was fairly smooth. The room was decent and generally comfortable, but there were a few issues with cleanliness and upkeep that could be improved. Some areas felt a bit dated, and the overall condition didn’t fully match expectations. Staff were polite and helpful when approached, but service was nothing exceptional. Morning manager is rude and condescending. Breakfast is over cooked and breads are stale AND you can't take any breakfast items to your room. Even they I booked through 3rd party they charged my room a daily fee claiming it was tax and refused to give me a receipt for it. Room was fine,housekeeper excellent...front desk...good luck. I'll Never stay again.
Rooms were, staff were nice, has a late breakfast in the weekends which is nice. Only complete is the shower head. That’s it though. Great place to stay.
