Great for a quick stay and jump on a cruise the next day. Rooms were ok but there was a musty smell throughout the building. Lots of food options and things for last minute items.
First time staying here June 7 since we’d port out for our cruise the next day. Our room had a wet smell, wet carpet wasn’t fully dried. My kids played pool outside clean but my husband got bit by either fleas or some type of bug all over his legs. I’m pretty sure I had bed bug bites or some time of flea bites still itchy almost a week later. ( yes others got had bites too)No I won’t be staying here ever again.
Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It started with a lackluster arrival check in experience. The desk clerk apparently hated her job, I overheard her say. Went to room (458) and fell asleep. Woke up at 2am covered in ants. Yes, covered. There were ants everywhere. Beds, table, bathroom. I was mortified. Turned on shower to clean it and myself.
