This review is based on overcharges & I hope you only choose this hotel as a last resort. I was charged full booking price for an honest mistake no show. Originally trying to book for October but the hotel website populated the current date (sept) when I refreshed the browser changing locations. Realized mistake the next day, contacted 800 Customer Service who said it would be up to hotel itself, directed me to Jewell @ front desk, she was out, so followed up next day and was told hard NO - charging me FULL PRICE even though... read more
Cruise & Stay Package Drop off was a breeze; however, pickup after tye cruise..NO BUENO! Hotel left us waiting outside the cruise terminal for 2 hours...had to call 4 times to finally get picked up.
