Overall place is good. Now keep this in mind I didnt call or go to the concierge desk. I was using the text system. But, kept asking for extra pillows and a blanket for our room. And didn't get any. If they want the system to work. Then use it.
Very nice, very busy. Everything was clean except the carpet is sticky. Can't walk on it without shoes. Yukky.
My family and I stayed for 1 night and if we were able to stay for longer we most definitely would have! Friendly staff, great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend!
I’ve stayed here many, many times over the years and had always been a satisfied customer. On this stay we were extremely dissatisfied. Here are just a few of the examples: Our room door didn’t latch closed so we had to place a chair against it at night (we arrived at night so didn’t realize it earlier and didn’t want maintenance trying to fix it after midnight).
