Clean less expensive hotel convient to the cruise port at Cape Canaveral.
2/2/26 My husband and I, aunt, uncle, and cousins had a great stay at Country Inn & Suites and everything worked out perfectly. We purposely wanted to stay close to the port where we were going to be heading for our cruise with royal Caribbean. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which immediately made us feel comfortable. Check-in was smooth. Room was reasonablely clean. Staff is busy but friendly. Close to cruise terminal and offers shuttle service
This hotel is not transparent about their long term parking policy. After confirming hotel and parking reservation, after checking in today, we were told not only did we not have a parking reservation, but offered no solutions on how to handle our car when we leave on a cruise tomorrow morning. Lack of transparency is extremely disappointing, almost as disappointing as their service. If you like to plan to have confidence - this is not the hotel chain to trust.
