Our room door could not be locked! Maintenance came and could not resolve the issue, they offered us another room. Location was perfect, super quiet area. Shower needs some attention as well.
Haven't even booked a room here yet. I called very very late! Like 1:30 in the morning because of my schedule at work. I had specific questions and Adam gave me very specific answers. He was very friendly and told me who could help me best. 10 out of 10 if I could book a room there I would. But my specific dates might not be able to happen. He told me to call back tomorrow and who to talk to. Just in case. I was very appreciative of his knowledge and helping me out. Super super friendly and sweet. TY Adam!
Check in was easy. The rest was downhill. We didn't have dogs, but were given dog friendly rooms, which would be fine if the did not stink like wet dog. Not just a faint dog smell, I mean it was overwhelming at times. Both of my rooms were bad, but 117 was worse. The floor was also damp, like maybe they tried to shampoo it but didn't lift all the water up, there was a rip at the door when you walk in, and everyone morning at breakfast, the potatoes in the steam table are still frozen, cold, or barely warm. Was very clean and staff was helpful. Was a little loud at night above us but didn't last long. Location is very good, we were in town for birth of grandchild and it is very convenient to the hospital.
