room needed new carpets carpet was stained and had a burned mark from the iron
The bed was horrible, had what appeared to be blood stains on end of it (found when I stripped the bed the next morning). It had to have been at least 8 years old and the most uncomfortable I've slept on in a long time. Breakfast was undercooked or over cooked only thing good was yogurt. Pool maybe indoors but not heated which is not noted anywhere and is one if the reasons we booked this hotel. We will definitely not ever be staying here again.

I called prior to arriving- reserved a room for my family who had been sitting in traffic for hours- only to be told they accidentally reserved my room for tomorrow and there was nothing available- mind you it’s 930 at night and we are a family of 5. The guy behind the desk wasn’t really helpful With short answers and a slight attitude until he realized that 2 can play that game. I requested phone calls made to other hotels in the vicinity - as well as the desk mgr I spoke with- all unavailable- then I want a head manager do... read more
