I have stayed at Country Inn & Suites in Big Flats several times and overall the hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean, the staff are welcoming, and the hospitality is great. The location is convenient and the complimentary breakfast is a nice addition. The breakfast/kitchen area can feel quite crowded during busy hours, and the hotel is very family-friendly, with many children in common areas such as the pool, treadmill area, and café, which can sometimes make those spaces noisy. I do not recommend this place ! They do not do their jobs . They don’t clean the rooms . They tell you to request room cleaning and when u do they don’t clean the rooms . Then proceed to give you attitude about it when u say something .
Always clean and neat hotel.
