If you’re looking for a cozy, warm not-hotel-looking hotel, this is the perfect place for you. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind and friendly, answering all of our questions and double checking certain things just to make sure they were telling us the right answers. My hotel room was great. Comfy beds, cold air, hot water, very clean. We Stayed on 7/27/25.- 7/28/25. However, Front desk reception was absolutely rude and very unprofessional. Pool closes at 6pm on sunday which is ridiculous given the fact the only reason we stayed is to have a night out of the house and for the kids to go swimming. When asked about the pool, front desk reception was extremely rude a second time and gave us nothing but attitude and sass.
This was a one night stay for my family and I as we were mostly passing through the area. Hotel staff was nice and was very clean throughout. Hotel room was basic, sort of small, but no issues whatsoever. Pool was nice, and open throughout the majority of the day. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Free cookies in the lobby, and decent free breakfast. I would stay here again.
