They clean up the rooms by request but they never told us that we have to do it
Me gusto el hotel, lo único malo no te limpian la habitación sino lo solicitaste. No valía el aire acondicionado y me cambiaron de habitación al otro dia
Woman at the front desk was pretty rude. Some Sketchy fellow guests ... Rooms smelled like smoke or mold. Feared for my family’s safety and health here. Thank you though for who ever agreed to cancel the other half of our stay at no penalty due to these issues, hope you get this sorted.
Nice room walking in seemed kinda clean. Room 1st night if sensitive to allergies pillows will mess with them I woke up every day sneezing and congestion. Bed was a 3 out 5 comfortable 3rd night we were here out of 7nights bed started to kinda start feeling like springs a bit hard to get comfy lady was having a hard time multiple times. Service workers front desk was nice to us breakfast was good but, was not sure if it is bc we moved the chair in the room but we hardly got room service only 1 time did she come and not sure ... read more
I cannot stress enough NOT to stay here! The rooms are extremely dirty and smell of mold. The A/C was not working properly, which is not what you want during 100 degree weather. The pool and hot tub close at 6 pm or 8 pm most days, making it un-useable for most guests who check in at night. Being in that hot tub was the most disgusting experience ever too; it looks like it has never been cleaned.
