Really nice place to stay, the people who work here are super nice. Enough cant be said when your out of town and you get treated this nice by strangers. Would come back and would recommend.
The desk attendants were never available. They refused to give us extra towels for our family of 5 without Turing in the 3 we had. So the whole time we had only 3 towels in our room. We had mold on the ceiling in our room. This hotel is Badly in need of renovations. We were told they were under going them when we made our reservations and that they would be done when we got there they don’t even look started. Aweful!!! The minute we got here I knew it wasnt gonna be good...parking lot is terrible, get to our room and there was a used wash cloth, used shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, floor didnt look to be vacuumed and smelled terrible! Asked for a new room...that one at least smelled better and when I went in the bathroom..nail clippings on the floor🤢 do they not know how to clean, wipe things down!!! I am soo disgusted!!!
