Unbelievable experience...checked into a room In went into the restroom and find crap on the toilet! I’m completely disgusted and disappointed. With COVID crazy in the world the least you could do is clean the restroom. The general manager Lisa Wahlmeir apologized with no empathy. We checked out and will never ever stay at a place like this again. Ever!!!! Do not stay here. Wait last thing... marijuana smell so awful and told it is hemp in someone’s beard! Wth you get that poor excuse from. Pathetic

We stayed here this weekend in Room #211 and our room was nice. We booked the hot tub room with a king bed and kitchenette. The room was clean except for the hot tub jets and a few stains in the carpet. I do have to admit that the room was quite hairy. We found lots of short black and long black curly hair all over the floors. The hot tub jets were black, with what I assume to be mold/mildew. The attendants were really nice and the breakfast was good. The outside was clean as well as the lobby. I give it a 3.5.

Wonderful and goes way beyond our expectations. Staff is excellent and gave beyond our expectations. Clean, appealing, and great location to restaurants. Our ball team had a wonderful time using the pool. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Thank you for accommodating us in a wonderful way.
